They replaced our furnace last year and all winter it kept us warm! The technicians have been great.
Everything that we have had done through Fritch Heating and Cooling has been completed on time. We have been in need of repairs during the winter and they have always been there for us.
The technicians that have come to work on my unit have always been very knowledgeable about what is wrong with it and what needs to be fixed.
They did a great job installing my furnace. We are very excited to use it this season!
Bought a house w/ a central air unit installed by fritch in 2004. It died in 2014. Not a very good return on investment. I will say, I may have slacked in cleaning the unit thoroughly every year, but not enough to knock 10 years off the life expectancy. Getting quotes for new AC and furnace. They range from $4700 to $6100. Fritch being the most expensive.

We have used Fritch for several years in a row. Their technicians are ridiculously nice, seems like the employees must be well treated since they have EXCELLENT customer service. This year we were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary service call (our annual check up) since we had a new furnace installed by them last year.
