Walked out without placing an order because the service was so terrible. Waitress was lifeless and definitely lack any enthusiasm whatsoever. Will not go back to that Friendly's if I'm ever in that area again.

Horrible service. Employees do not acknowledge your presence and simply walk right by you. Customers will wait forever to order anything "to go", especially if Nick is working the front counter....
