We are a company founded on ice cream but built around families. We opened our first Friendly's Ice Cream Shop in Springfield, Massachusetts in 1935.

We had dinner here the first day we were in the Boston area. The food was good and the staff very friendly. The waitress checked on us several times to make sure we were ok.
