Friendlys isn't so Friendly

My husband and I like to take our children out for breakfast on occasion and my son loves "eggies" (he's 2). On our last few trips to Friendlys it's been anything BUT "friendly". Typically it's been slow and you must wait to be seated however no one comes to seat you. Friendlys -- on Portsmouth Ave. in Exeter was prety good when I last went with the kids, it has been a while, they grew up. However I still love their Ice Cream and offten see a fair amount of cars there, at any given meal time, so I would have to say it still must be as good or better.

Friendly's is located on Portsmouth Avenue, close to the junction with Route 101. It features a family-friendly atmosphere and a menu that includes burgers, sandwiches, entrees such as steaks and chicken dishes and ice cream. A large sit-down dining area and counter seating are available, and an outdoor area contains two picnic tables.

If you try out Friendly`s, you`ll find a family place that concentrates on an American fare with a menu based largely on sandwiches. Expect the average entrée to cost under $8.
