What a friendly staff! My delivery address is in Navarre. They attempted to deliver to me on the date expected by the sender, but as I didn't know they were coming, I wasn't here to accept. They left a very nice msg. card that they had visited and delivered them first thing the next day. Very nice delivery person …

The roses were beautiful and very fresh but the lily's were missing from the order which I thought was a little unprofessional. When I called to report this I was asked "What do you want me to do about it?" which also seemed unprofessional to me. Great product now they just need to work on their customer service skills.
