I came to look at a truck, it sold when I got there,no big deal but the response I got was. ""sorry dude I will call you if I see something similar"", basically saying goodbye you can leave now. I may not dress as a business man but I am on the higher end of the income scale! Getting that response was absurd Seems they judge by your clothing and age! Good luck with these sales men better ware your 3 piece suit.I have also heard this from other people saying they will never be back neither will I! The price was pretty good after 5 days of negotiating. The service was terrible. Make sure you get everything that is offered in writing as they tried to bait and switch. Mark who is their service manager seemed to be the only one that had a clue. The sales managers left him in a bad situation where they promised me things and then told him not to give them to me. He made the best of it and tried to do the right thing.

I love Friendly Chevrolet, they have great hours, they wash my vehicle after any service and everyone is friendly! It's really a nice place to walk into! I have let Russ Kunzer take care of my vehicles for over 15 years and he is a prince!

The only reason I gave this dealership 1 star is because of Mark, the service manager. He was very professional and had great customer service, which unfortunately I can’t say about my sales person and manager. I had previously bought a car a few months ago and decided to trade it in because I needed something bigger to haul a trailer. I had to call the dealership FIVE different times to try and figure out if they had a vehicle that would fit my need. I talked to Rob, the Sales Manager on 2 different occasions and he said he would call me back to let me know what type of vehicles that...
