I live there currently and I plan to move out as soon as my lease is up. It's not worth the money at all. The landlord Roberta, is a terrible landlord. Nothing gets done in the buildings, and if you want something fixed, don't hold your breath. She lies to the owner saying she fixes everything and 99% of the time, she's still on her pajamas at 5:00 pm. The hallways are disgusting looking and...
