The people out here are ghetto my downstairs neighbors smoke weed & the smell comes through the vents into my bathroom. The kids out here aren't supervised so they fight all the time. They throw pine cones at cars & steal other kids toys. The cops came out here a few months ago searching for some one. I have enjoyed my stay here. The staff is helpful and the apartments are conveiniently located next to interstate. My apartment is $30 more than others, but it is remodeld with a flat top stove and new cabinets. It also has the only washer/dryer hookup in whole complex. Cars get broken into sometimes, but other than that i like the place.

these apartments are terrible the office staff is fraud and by the time im through with them im giong to own FRENCHROAD apartmens.i wouldnt let my dog live in that rat hole

I lived here as a child and i loved it. There was ample parking,laundry facilities that were well kept and the staff was very friendly
