This place is awesome! I called ahead and spoke with Justin and he was so helpful to my questions about buying a turntable and speakers. I went in the next day and he showed me exactly what I asked for and helped me to make the best decision. I took it home, set it up and am so satisfied! I will always come here for my stereo needs!!!

We inherited a nearly new home theater system, & decided to get assistance with set-up. Called around, and quickly decided on Fred's. VERY friendly, helpful phone assistance from BD, and great service from the tech who came to the house. Six weeks later, got an IPod & needed help with finding the menu for setup with the receiver. Again, great phone help from BD. Local business doing things right!

On my search for a good amp and cd player a staffer at a competitor who couldn't help me referred me to Fred's.
