We recently purchased an older used motorhome from Fred's. Mark, our salesman, was very professional and helpful in seeing that our concerns were addressed and introducing us to the rig. The service team, especially Steve and Chuck, went out of their way to ensure all of our issues were taken care of before the coach left the property.
This is our second year having our boat wrapped for winter with Fred's Marine. We also thought we needed a few other things done. They checked it out and told us we didn't. They could easily have tried to get us to spend more money, but they were honest and fair. We will be back!
Nothing but a rip off, I bought a toyhauler and found it was filled with water damage! Horrible customer service and got continuously lied to while having it repaired, told it would be a two week job and took eight weeks, kept being promised it would be done at certain time but wasn't! GO TO A REAL RV SHOP!

I was in today to buy some parts,a dn walked into a very un-friendly man who I hear someone say is their parts MANAGER. that is a joke.
He proceeded to be rude to the office gal and threw a part across the store.
really behavior like that is what makes a business fail becaue nobody wants to go back.
