The selection of home care products, gifts, candles, and bath products is amazing. This listing is incorrect- the store is called FRED's HOME & GIFTS and is in the Pavillions Shopping Center ( Westlake Village)

Fred's is a friendly enviornment where you can do all of your shopping at once. From cleaning supplies to gifts they have it all. They do a BEAUTIFUL job at gift wrapping your presents for you and you will not be disappointed. It is my personal favorite store:)

Fred's is highly recommended for advice on cleaning supplies and vacuums, as well as excellent ideas for gifts too. I use them all the time and they are great to work with. Very helpful and a pleasure to do business with.

They claimed to be an authorized service center, but used generic filters, parts and bags.
They then charged for genuine parts; charging $55 for a generic filter that retails for $15 online. They claimed that the filters were "genuine replacement" and if they used the manufacturer's it would cost $75!!! The filters are $52.95 at a real dealer, by the way.
