The Sashimi at Ichiban is so fresh and delicious that one would think that it had just been harvested from the ocean only minutes beforehand. The mouth-watering Sashimi here although definitely worth the journey is only half the trip. Other menu entrees include Teriyaki Tempura, Nabe Mono and one of the most appetizing Pepper Tuna dishes in all of New Jersey.

Good drinks and lots of craft beers on tap. The bartenders were friendly and quick. Food didn't look like anything too exciting but nice spot to have some drinks and watch the game.

Staying in the area for a few weeks and happened upon this place. Good atmosphere-great service (John the bartender was great). A solid option for some good American fare-and fun entertainment evenings too! Live bands on Fridays and Karaoke on Saturdays.
