This is a casual joint in an office park that serves up incredible breakfast tacos. The rest of their menu is pretty decent too. I have eaten a LOT of breakfast tacos in my day, and this is my favorite.

I followed the work crowd into this cute little bistro and discovered the food was soooo good it will knock your socks off! They know how to run a kitchen! The soups and sandwiches are better than most in Katy.
