He took the time to listen and explain. I was sick and had a fever, but after evaluation and the step test was negative he explained that an antibiiotic was not recommended. He provided me with a copy of the center for disease control gudeline for antibiotic use.I appreciated he used is judgment and did not give me medicine that I did not need

The wait is totally unacceptable. Everyone in the waiting room was complaining of his lack of concern about their schedules.
