Dr Buettner stopped seeing me because He prescribed a medication for the inside of my mouth that was not to be taken internally. It was over $300.00. When I asked for reimbursement he dropped me. I spent over $17,000 on crowns and my bite is off. He won't talk to me. He has his staff call ??

Dr. Buettner is that best dentist I have ever had and I went through quite a few before going to him. All back office staff are great. But the finance person is not very friendly or adequate. Front office staff cannot replace Beatrice and Rachel :(
