I relocated from Maryland to Myrtle Beach 2010. Having been diagnosed with ESRD in 1992 and receiving an organ transplant in 1996. That organ was nearing it's end. I affiliated with MUSC for my ESRD maintenance. MUSC referred me to Dr Cohn for local care. After more than two (2) years, MUSC decided I was too high a risk for a transplant. I would highly recommend this physician. He is professional, extremely intelligent and stays current in many areas of medicine. I have personally witnessed many times his diagnosis and treatment of care for patients and their families- outstanding would be my choice of words. Recommendations don't come easy by me so when I say I believe in him ..... I do.
