Based on the facts stated we beleive this complaint is a hoax.  In the rare event Franklin Debt is not successful in securing a settlement a refund is provided to the client.

They are a phishing scam. They will send people a letter telling them that they are collecting on a lawsuit against them by a Latino person. Hopefully you will be dumb enough to send them some cash. Please report them to the police.

I received notice that I owed medical bills and that it was going to civil court for collection.  I don't dispute any of that.  Years ago, I was in a financial bind and did not pay my medical bills.  I wanted to pay in full all that I owed.  They contacted me by letter and said they would stop the court action for $150 and start a payment plan with the plaintiff.  They wanted to try and settle...

I wanted to settle a debt outside of court. I paid my initiation fee,which was required.I was told by three different represenatives that paperwork would be mailed to me to let me know when and where I would start making my payments.NO communication had been made until I called them three weeks later;only because NO ONE sent or told me NOTHING!!! Ihad to call the lawyers of the company sueing...

Not Correct

We have over 20,000 satisfied and happy customers.  We state in writing in our communications that we do NOT represent the creditor, so this alleged customer is factually incorrect.  This alleged customer would have known all these facts before becoming a client.
