Do not trust this man. he will try to cheat you on rent when he sees a opportunity to. there was heavy drug dealing when i lived at his shade tree apts. it should be called shady frank's apartments

This character can not be trusted. Tries to cheat tennets by saying he did not receive rent from two months ago. Hoping you don't have receipts. What a con man. Heavy DRUG trafficing at this apt. complex. Not a nice place to live.

This guy can't be trusted. The idiot tried to test me to see if I had kept my receipts by saying that i did not pay my rent a month ago. Also did the same to a friend of mine. I kept all of my receipt, so he did not win this one. Saw continuous drug dealing at Shade Tree Apt. Horrible place to live. SLUMLORD!!

BEWARE!!! At first glance, these guys appear to be on the up and up and the apartments appear to be very affordable. I have lived in their apartments for over a year and have seen the good and the bad. I started out living in a two bedroom townhouse that required a $300 deposit and $485 per month. This was a so-so deal with the condition of the apartment. I had roommate problems and he moved so I requested a one bedroom. I moved to a one bedroom and expected to get a $100 refund from the first deposit, instead only getting $50. The other $50 was considered a cleaning fee which was bogus...
