WORST agent ever! For starters I never hear from her and only get discounts when I went to the office and threatened to leave State-farm. My wife was in an accident and the "at fault party" was insured by State-farm. My wife had Geico however my name is on the title to the car. We tried to handle the claim through State-farm but after 3WEEKS they still said they needed a copy of the police report and to speak to witnesses.
