Having a child with a chronic illness, my family has been dealing with medical professionals for many many years. Dr. Frank has the most disrespectful and rude bedside manner. It is not only how he talks to us as parents of a patient, but he speaks as if we are ignorant, uneducated people who are lucky to be in the presense of such greatness. I wonder sometimes when the Doctor forgot that indeed he is being paid by the patient (the customer), and he is indeed getting paid for a service. I pay for private insurance.
