Did not call me back after leaving multiple messages for the doctor. Did not provide alternatives. Denied medical treatment.
When I tried to refill a prescription, I left a message for the nurse on a Monday, one of two days my doctor is available at this location. On Wednesday, I was in the area and called again. I never received a call back for either occasion. So, I went to the facility...
