Your standard Francesca's....lots of stuff you aren't sure anyone wants, lots of random clothes with only one or two sizes...but the girls here were friendly enough. I need to listen to my own...

Their online customer service is just as bad. I sent back an item I purchased on their website and they never sent an alert acknowledging the return item! I had to email them and ASK FOR A REFUND...
