Mike called within 1/2 hour of my posting the job, and arrived for an estimate within 1 1/2 hours after that. This was on Friday. He gave a very very reasonable estimate. He and his crew started the project the next Monday morning at 8 am and were finished by Thursday. No muss no fuss. The project included a installing a border design between the old and new tile that invovled cutting tile...
