There's no doubt that Bob does excellent framing work. The items I've had framed here are lovely and meticulously done. The real issue is that he is absolutely terrible about communicating with customers. Every time I've had work done, I have had to call after many weeks to see if the work is complete; usually it had been done for a while but he never gets around to calling and letting me...
