Ruined my friend's valuable print.

This store damaged my friend's valuable ($400) print. When he tried to reconcile the problem they accused him of trying to get the framing job for free. In my opinion, the framing job should have ben refunded AND they should replace his print. This kind of service from a framer who should be trusted with archival framing is not acceptable.
