OOPS - rating should have been a big 0 - I didn't see it on the first message so it ended up a 5 which is absolutely incorrect - IT'S A ZERO - giving them a 1 is upsetting.

The boss man sold me a bill of goods when he wanted my business - from his mouth to God's ears he sat right here in my home and told me I would be wasting my money when I asked about extra insurance. He further said anything that needs repairing he would do. LOL, LOL, I should have know better!! Well his movers put a long, deep scratch in my glass top coffee table by using their box cutter...

We are unaware of the above claim. Foxx addresses all issues immediately and do not up-charge customers because of our flat rate. We utilize this method to avoid unexpected charges so the customer knows exactly their cost prior to the move.

I will not recommend anyone using Foxx Movers in Katy. They talk good before the moving to get the business. But after the move I had very bad experience dealing with them. I had to fight with them to get extra unathorized charges (charges for silly reasons they came up with) to be credited to my credit card!!

Horrible move with Foxx Movers

Foxx Movers moved us on June 11th 2010. Had mutiple things broken, when called to discuss with them (not even asking for anything) was interrupted by customer service rep - Suzanne and told I was responsible for the damage, was called names by her and then she hung up the phone on me 3 times - owner did not respond. Paid more for this move then others and had more damage and was treated great...
