I have lived at Foxtail Meadows for the past two years and am now moving out and into my very first home with my wife. While living here I had no problems with noisy neighbors, maintenance requests were always completed in a timely fashion, and management was always available to get a hold of it you needed anything. I would recommend renting in Foxtail to family and friends if asked.

Apartment is fine. Management is adequate. Parking is good, landscape is good.

THE BAD:
The biggest issue I had with this place and the reason I moved was because MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO TWICE IN UNDERGROUND PARKING!!! My garage remote was even stolen and the code was not changed!!! My car was not the only one...both building had numerous cars broken into on several occasions in the underground parking! The building is supposed to be secure but the doors were often propped...

This place is awesome, Ive lived here almost a year. very quiet, great price, good discounts for maintaining the place, some do complain about dog noise, but people mostly keep dogs very quiet. I would recommend highly.If you were living any closer to milwaukee, you would be paying alot more for a dump in an unsafe neighborhood.
