Better have a back-up service provider. Our service is always down and all we get is excuses. Can t run my business if we are always down.

I could not be anymore unhappy with my FVI experience. I have had several outages over the last 3 years on one occasion (1 week ago) I lost service for over 4 days. When I called customer service I went into voicemail. What an absolute joke. I have never been offered any type of credit for my service outages.
