He was Ready, Willing, and Able. He was able to eliminate a difficult yellow jacket nest about 15 -20 feet high in one of my homes vents. He was willing to try the task even though several other companies had refused to tackle the job due to the height of the nest off the ground. I hired Jay Fox to come out and provide us with an estimate for both insect and pest control. We are having a significant pest issue in our crawl space. The pest issue in the crawl space was not resolved. We are having a bee and ant issue that has gone from bad to worse. The pricing is confusing with initial estimates given for $65. Real prices are higher and there is always a follow up...

Jay did an excellent job of explaining both how he would treat our termite problem, and why he planned to do it that way. He was courteous and cheerful throughout. Since our townhouse is partly attached to the one next to it he also treated that wall.
