Poor customer service. They were very disrespectful. Will never use this company again. The one thing I can thank this company for is giving my family the motivation to get off of the pipe. An energy savings of 75-90% that paid for itself in less than 2 years. No more gas!:)

Rude employees. They will waste your time and energy by not following up on issues you bring to their attention. Their rules and regulations changed at random to adjust to what might works for "them" at that moment. This company is not definitely not about servicing their customers.

They stopped servicing my area so they came and picked up my propane tank. (took them 3 months after I got notice) The tank still had propane in it and I was told I would get reimbursed. That was over 2 months ago. I have called 8 times and each time was told the accountant wasn't in the office and would return my call. I can't get a response or my money back!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
