Help us make it rightA year and a half ago we purchased a fridge from this company ( GE Profile) They said that this was a store model. The fridge started to freeze all the food in the fridge and then a week ago i opened my freezer and everything was melted ! THe freezer stopped working ! I called a GE technician to come in and have a look at it and he said that the compressor broke and started leaking freon all over the place and basically the fridge is garbage. He also told us that the compressor was replaced for an used broken part and that is why it broke down. When I called the store they said they can not do anything about it and that the technician that came in is lying about the broken part. That it has to be manufacturer part. When I told them that I can bring the fridge to them so they can see themselves they said that it is not necessary because they will not do anything about it anyways PLEASE DO NOT BE STUPID AS I WAS AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY BROKEN DOWN APPLIANCES WITH OLD PARTS THAT WILL BREAK IN A YEAR OR SO AND YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY A NEW ONE ANYWAYS. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND HEADACHE AND BUY A NEW FRIDGE FROM DECENT COMPANY WITH THE EXTENDED WARRANTY NOT OVERPRICED GARBAGE THAT THEY ARE SELLING.

Bought a fridge missing 2 parts that they guaranteedWould be shipped to me. Despite being told 3 times thatThey sent to me and twice being told that their driver wasBringing it to me I have never received the parts. Also hasA leak that took them 3 weeks to send repairman. ThisBusiness is a scam and disreputable.
