I applied for a library card before Christmas and designated this location to pick up the card. It says that someone will call me within two days when the card is ready. But nobody ever called. I finally remembered it and called them on the 28th, and the librarian said that after 10 days, they would delete the application. But it's only a week (from 21st to 28th with holidays in between).
