If they had negative stars, I'd give them a minus 1 based on the rude and arrogant treatment I received when I called to find out why their guy was late.

The guy who answered the phone on 2/22/2012 (sounded and acted like the owner) has a Spanish accent and treated me very rudely and arrogantly when I called to see why their service guy wasn't at my home at the appointed time. Based on the treatment I received, I do not trust this company since they do not follow normal American business rules of civility.
