I'll start with the positive:

grounds are kept mowed and clean

staff is pretty friendly

service requests are tended to fairly promptly

-fitness room is too hot -- the fans aren't enough
-fitness room lacks privacy with windows on all sides. curtains are old and hard to pull down.
-low quality washers
-parking stalls are too small

Once great building ruined by bad neighbors.

I have loved this building the entire time that I have lived here, up until the move in of this years(multiple) awful tenants. Loud music at any hour of the day and night, and constant overpowering smell of marijuana and cat urine that invades the hallway and our apartment. Plus, trash/food and unwanted possessions left in the hallways. Those are just the specifics to this building as there are...

Very friendly staff, great services, affordable price and good location :)

The maintanance crew is very friendly and helpful; they have been able to fix every problem we have had with the apartment (including smoke smell from the previous tenant)!
