Foundry Grill

Wood-oven pizzas, sizzling steaks, and spit-roasted chicken are among the hearty staples on the menu at this restaurant. Like the rest of Sundance, everything here, from the food presentation to the interior design to the staff, is natural, beautiful, and pleasant. They're open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and if you're here on the weekend, the Sunday brunch is an incredible meal.

During the summer, The Foundry Grill's outdoor patio opens for outside dining, giving visitors a gorgeous view of the surrounding landscape. Inside, it is just as beautiful: hand blown recycled glass sculptures are used as centerpieces. The Grill uses the freshest of vegetables and meats cooked in their apple wood rotisserie oven.
