I have visited this location a total of 3 times and have had solid service on every visit. My last visit was something different. I was a walk-in, with what I later found out was Strep Throat. I wish yelp gave a zero star option. I suppose the facility can have one star just for existing. This is not an urgent care! We arrived at 7:20pm with my wife having a foot injury. They close at 8:00. They turned us away because "all of their walk-in spots were full"....even though the parking lot was empty, …

If you say you're open until 8 p.m., then take every patient that walks through the door until then. Don't turn down a sick kid or anyone else, for that matter, at 7:45 just because you already have your last patient. If you want to go home by 8, then change your hours to 7:30 so you don't waste our time.
