The office staff is unprofessional and incompetent. They have no concern for customers. They could not process bills even though the clerk was provided information multiple times, and even added false service charges.

After our second visit with our 5 year old son, he informed us that next visit, he would have to go in by himself. We were like what?!? First off he's 5!, he will not go back by himself. Secondly, how would we know what is going on with his teeth if we don't hear a 5 year old is not going to relay things back.
