Took our truck in for appointment and it took 2 hours for an oil change. Folks that came in 30 minutes to an hour after me were a higher priority. It was almost as if my truck was the lowest priority in the shop. It would one thing if I was a walk in customer, but I took the time to make an appointment and schedule my life around this, and it turned out to be a bigger hassle than it was worth.

My friend just purchased a brand new 2015 Toyota Camry from there and she couldn't stop telling me how great everything went. She wasn't treated with respect and wasn't raped of her money by trying to make her pay more for the car. Unlike some other dealerships that tried getting her to spend $7,000 more over budget.
