Stayed here during winter carnival. Less crowded than usual because of the lack of snow. Stayed in east wing, room was clean and suited our needs just fine. Polar Ice bar in the evenings, neat idea. The hotel is very historic and our room was very up to date, clean and cozy with a king size bed, pull out couch and jacuzzi. No complaints at all. Service was spot on and the staff was ver friendly. Located ideally near everything. Beautiful lake/mountain views, pools, restaurant and so much more. Well worth the money.
