Ugh. Forever 21 is never a good idea, but this particular location is terrible. Super dirty, disorganized, and the lines are always at least 30 people long. Also, they have two fitting rooms and...

This location is definitely a hit or miss! When it first opened I would always find great quality items, but lately not so much. I bought two pairs of jeans from here and both the zippers...
