The location of this resort is excellent—5½ acres bordering a forest, right behind the Heavenly Village, a half block from the casinos, and adjacent to a supermarket, cinema, and shops. Be sure to ask for an updated room. The Heavenly Gondola flies right over the roof.

Fantastic location, only a short walk to Heavenly Gondola. Resort and rooms a little tired but all clean and tidy. Stayed in one bedroom suite, very spacious and full kitchen. Daily free cheese and wine.

I used to love this place. I have stayed here many times years ago and it has not kept up with the times. It is centrally located which is a plus but very old now and in need of some serious renovations. Our room smelled musty or like it was an old smokers room at one time. Our tile grout in the bathroom had some small mold spots in the shower.

The maintenance guys are very nice (we had to have them out a few times) between the 2 rooms, the heater didn't work, tub needed draino'd, other tub wouldn't turn off and almost flooded the room, fireplace wouldn't start, wifi didn't work.) The only good thing about these rooms was the full size hot tub in the presidential suite that my friends got moved to after their room almost flooded.. and...
