Well This is my 2nd year here as a Forest Pointe Resident , Its a nice & safe area. Management is Excellent , all ways there when i need them. Apartments are nice a cozy the perfect place to call your new Home !

This place truly feels like HOME! I moved here from New England and it is a great community. Awesome amenities and the property managers are the sweetest. The pool in the summer is a huge plus along with 24/7 fitness center.

Mediocre Fire Alarms I guess you could count this as a positive but they are VERY sensitive. I slightly burned my toast one day (not to the point of being black but it was nicely browned) and the fire alarms went off. Very annoying but make of that what you will. I have lived at Forest Pointe for almost 3 years. I have enjoyed my stay thus far and recommend it to anyone who works in the area. Shopping is nearby as well as access to the highway. I have seen many improvements while I've been here, such as revamping the entire pool, replacing all the furniture and adding computers for tenants to use in the clubhouse. We have been more than happy with our decision to lease at Forest Pointe. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. We love it here and will doubtfully leave until we are ready to purchase a home. The updated pool, patio and grill is an extra bonus too!
