I would not recommend Forest Oaks to anyone in my family. Everything breaks in these cheaply built apartments, and when it does it takes the maintenance months to fix it. I do like the fact that they come with a washer/dryer and a dishwasher, but it's rare that they ever work. I've spent more time at a laundry mat doing my laundry then at my own apartment that I pay a huge price for.If you want...

I have lived here for over a year and it is by far one of the nicest apartments I have had. The apartments are very cute and it is very safe here. Parking or noise is never a problem. Maintenance is absolutely great here too. If I ever have a problem, the maintenance man will try to fix it that day. These apartments are very quiet, and relatively new (built around 1998) so the appliances are in great working order. My apartment faces north toward the field, so there is no parking lot noise. Nice balcony and outside storage. All apartments open to the outside.

I'm thinking about moving into the forest oak apartments. Just curious how the apartments rate from others. I'm looking for a 1 bedroom 1 bath.. Forest oaks seem to be the best in Muncie. But I won't live in a place that is out dated.

Forest Oaks has been a great place for us to live. The management is excellent, the parking has been just fine. Noise has not been a problem, and they are nice apartments. Any maintenance issues have been taken care of on the same day, and there have been few of those issues. I would definitely recommend Forest Oaks.
