Take it for what's it's worth

Forest Cafe provides you with a decent somewhat authentic Mexican meal at a reasonable price. Margaritas are good and the atmosphere is best suited for shots and tevas, but this is Boston and good Mexican is hard too find.

The Forest Cafe filled what i was needing that night. Great food fun atmosphere and a good cold Margarita! The Forest is small and very neighborly, family owed and operated what did I expect. My favorite dish is the Camorones Adabados, hot and tasty. Also I tried to talk them into gibviong me the recipe for their salsa but it was a no go I guess I'll have to go back , ummmmm.

Casual Dining

Coming to Boston from San Diego I never expected to find such excellent Mexican food. It's authentic, flavorful, and served with a smile. Next time family is in, I'm taking them here to show that there is a place with true Mexican in the Northeast. I know they'll be pleasantly surprised.
