This old lady is very rude and insensitive! I went in with my daughter who's cockatiel had just died after a year. We explained to her that it was her first bird and she loved it so much. She pointed out that we were feeding the bird with the wrong food (just seeds) and that my daughter is not quite ready to have a bird as a pet. I liked this store, when i went it was pretty clean for the amount of birds she has. The birds are in good sized cages. You can tell she loves her birds and takes care of them. The toy selection is large which is one of the deciding factors(mostly it has to be clean though) on if i will return, the prices were fair.

I called her when I was looking for a home for my cockatiel because I am sick. When she told me she was full I asked her if there were any other facilites like hers to recommend so my bird could have a good home she said None that I would tell you honestly. WTF!
