If you call to have them hold some sneakers make sure you get there before the employee you spoke with leaves for the day....lol. Thats what the store manager at the N Frwy location told me. Seriously who does that??? Thats a first! Wasted an hr drive. Funny I called customer service and their hold policy is 24hrs...good job on being a 'manager' and not knowing your own policy!
