I'm a valuable customer at footlocker until my nightmare began April 13,2012. I purchased a pair of Airmax at the State St store Chicago,Il. I didn`t notice the shoe had a defect until I got home and took them out the box. The shoes had a hole in then and they looked as if they were cut.
