Foodtronix probably works fine for counter-service restaurants, but NEVER get it for a full-service restaurant. Sure, the customer service people are nice, but everything we need to be fixed is in an "upgrade that's coming soon". Horrible!

We searched long and hard to find an affordable restaurant POS for our small business. Everyone wanted from $10,000 and up and didn't have all the functionality we needed. Foodtronix was the cheapest I could find but definitely not the least in quality. The software is top notch, the customer service is 2nd to none and the price was definitely right. Ask for a demo and you'll get a live person...
