I called this company and after being put on hold for at least 15 minutes . a guy whom answered and continued to tell me about his military days finally gets to the point and tells me that the person i need to speak with is out of the office.I just needed to get some information about a couple of machines i had seen on the internet sight but wow what a waste of time. i for one will never expect this company to handle my needs since they cant even take a phone call. defintly a thumbs down
