Kudos to the staff at the Food City on Clinchfield today. An old lady could not locate her car keys and the staff searched the store for her. After the keys were not found in the store, they asked about her car so they could look around it. The keys were finally located by the staff in the ignition of her locked car. Thanks so much to your Bakery department ..there was a mix up with a birthday cake and the bakery manager who is not cake decorator...decorated a birthday cake within 30 minutes. it was awesome .my husband loved his Strawberry Shortcake cake....it was a gag cake ...

Dear Food City, I would like to know if you restrict your employees from saying 'Merry Christmas' to customers. I shopped at this store tonight and I first said Merry Christmas to the cashier, with no response. I then said it to the young lady bagging my items, with no response.
